This is a small business run by one person. We keep as little about you as we can, and this page says plainly what that is.

What we keep, and why

When you save a design on this website we store:

Your design — the words you typed, including any first names, and the animals you chose.
A picture of your design, so we can make exactly what you saw.
Your email address, so we can send you that design and deal with your order.
Whether you ticked the box asking for news from us, and when.

We do not ask for your surname, your address, your date of birth or your payment details. If you buy from us on Etsy, your payment and delivery details are handled by Etsy and we never see your card.

About children's names. Many of our designs contain a child's first name. We only ever store a first name, never anything else about a child, and we never use it for anything except making and sending your order.

Marketing

We will only send you news or offers if you ticked the box when you saved your design. Ticking it is never a condition of getting your design. Every news email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email from us. The email containing your design is not marketing — it is the thing you asked us for.

How long we keep it

We keep your design and your email address for as long as we are trading, so that you can reorder later, ask for a reprint, or add to a design you made before. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the shop:

Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores your saved design.
Resend — sends you the email with your design.
Etsy — takes your order and payment, under their own privacy policy.
Our printing partners — receive only the artwork and the delivery address needed to post your order.

We never sell your details to anyone, and we never pass them on for someone else's marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Just email us and we will do it — you do not need to give a reason. If you have your design code to hand it makes it quicker, but it is not essential.
